JSA is taking group training to the next level with our
state-of-the-art PRAMA training facility. Train in a
gym unlike any others in Western Australia, with
touch-sensitive reaction training system that responds
to you! You’ll have so much fun at training, you’ll forget
about the pain and fatigue!

MOTIVATIONAL

PRAMA does away with traditional training methods and introduces a whole new way to manage your fitness! Train in a fun, social and motivational environment designed for your needs!

MAX CALORIES

PRAMA classes are focused on whole body exercises designed to burn your max calories to get you moving! The perfect way to help reshape your body!

ENDLESS OPTIONS

Choose between cardio or strength rep training, boxing-cardio hybrid circuits, HIIT classes, functional workouts, and KETTLEBELL/DUMBBELL classes. PRAMA training is available to all JSA GYM members 7 days a week, as a morning workout, lunch time blitz, or an evening training circuit!
